The Faculty of Computers and Information is participating in the organization and activities of a workshop titled “Reimagining Concepts of Inclusion: From Ideas to Research Problems and Redesign”, within the framework of cooperation between Ain Shams University, the DAAD Office in Egypt, and SRH Heidelberg University in Germany.

This workshop comes as part of the faculty’s efforts to promote the concepts of academic inclusion, considered one of the strategic pillars supporting higher education institutions’ ability to respond to student diversity, varying needs, and different learning pathways. It also aims to support the principle of equal educational opportunities and enhance the integration of different groups into the educational process, thereby contributing to the preparation of graduates capable of making positive and effective contributions to society.

The faculty had previously submitted the workshop project proposal to the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) through the International Cooperation Office at Ain Shams University, as part of the COSIMENA project call, which aims to support the exchange of expertise and international academic cooperation.
