The Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences Organizes the “Innovative Researchers 2025” Competition to Support Scientific Research and Innovation

In line with its commitment to strengthening its leading role in supporting the scientific research ecosystem and fostering creativity and innovation among researchers, and as part of its ongoing efforts to create a stimulating academic environment aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt’s Vision 2030, the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University organized the “Innovative Researchers 2025” Competition.

The competition was held under the supervision of Prof. Rasha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty, and was organized by the Faculty’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit (FCIS I-Club). 

It aimed to create a competitive and inspiring environment for researchers, encouraging them to adopt innovative ideas that address societal challenges while contributing to the labor market and industry needs.

The competition featured several thematic tracks designed to support the strategic objectives of both the Faculty and the University, while reinforcing the principles of sustainable development in scientific research and innovation. The final evaluation phase was held to select the winning projects, and sincere appreciation was extended to the esteemed jury members for their valuable efforts, constructive discussions, and guidance provided to all participating teams.

• Dr. Dina El-Sayyad – Artificial Intelligence Program Coordinator and Lecturer, Computational Sciences Department

• Dr. Mayvel Nabil Ramses – Director of the Innovation and Creativity Center at the Faculty of Commerce and Lecturer in Business Administration
