This program aims to study digital data extensively by using computer hardware and software. An information system (IS) is a set of components that work together to manage data processing, analysis, storage, and retrieval. The software supports major aspects such as communications, record keeping, decision-making, data analysis, cloud computing, Internet of Things, e-commerce, and more. The student studies how to analyze the performance of computer systems to improve productivity, control response time, use and manage resources efficiently, eliminate bottlenecks, and predict performance under expected peak loads.
