In a warm and welcoming Ramadan atmosphere, the Faculty of Computers and Information at Ain Shams University held its annual Iftar banquet. The event was attended by Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities; Dr. Rami Maher, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs; and a distinguished group of academic leaders and prominent figures in the fields of education and digital transformation. The banquet was held under the supervision of Dr. Rasha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty.
Among the attendees were Dr. Essam Khalifa, Head of the Computer Science and Information Technology Sector Committee at the Supreme Council of Universities; Dr. Mohamed Roshdy, Rapporteur of the Scientific Committee for Examining the Scientific Output of Computer Science and Information Technology Disciplines at the Supreme Council of Universities; Dr. Khaled Negm, Advisor to the Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Digital Government; Eng. Mahmoud Badawy, Assistant Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Digital Transformation Affairs; Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hamad, President of Misr University for Informatics; Dr. Nagwa Badr, President of the University of East London's European Universities Branch in Egypt; and Dr. Sherine Rady, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information for Community Service and Environmental Development.
