As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Faculty of Computers and Information at Ain Shams University and Huawei, Professor Rasha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Mona Abdel-Azim, Director of the Alumni Unit, welcomed a delegation from the company to introduce students to the various requirements for participating in the annual Huawei ICT Competition.
The delegation included Eng. Asmaa Siraj, Executive Director of Huawei Academies Egypt, Eng. Amani Sayed, Eng. Mohamed Roshdy, and Eng. Ibrahim Ahmed Saad, Huawei's Academy Development Officers.
The seminar was opened by Eng. Amani Sayed, who provided an overview of Huawei Academies and their benefits for students. Abdel Rahman Abdel Nasser, a graduate of the Faculty and former Huawei Academy Ambassador, then gave a comprehensive presentation to the students about the competition and how to achieve success. Eng. Asmaa Siraj concluded the seminar by encouraging students to take advantage of all the services offered by Huawei to Ain Shams University students.
The presentation highlighted the Huawei Academy's key achievements and explained the registration and participation steps for the competition. At the end of the seminar, company representatives answered questions from students across different academic years.
